Vilai Harrington
Eagle Mountain Winery Patio 2330 Highway 11, Travelers Rest, SC, United StatesOriginally from the sandhills of South Carolina, Vilai Harrington grew up firmly planted in his soulful country upbringing. Complemented by The Hamptones consisting of Josh Riley on bass, Adam Bachman on dobro, Joe Tamburro on percussion, and Jake Garrett on pedal steel and guitar (each representing different regions in the state), the group captures their Appalachian musical roots and puts a modern Americana spin on it. The results are folk songs with a unique swagger and country twang driven by emotive and wholely satisfying vocals.
